The first plastic-to-oil plants are on their way to their overseas destinations. In addition, follow-up orders worth 6.6 million euros have been received. This is a dream come true for the enespa team.

Cooperation in America and Australia
In America, we are setting up a joint venture with a local project provider. This will use our technology and know-how to carry out the final assembly of the plants on site and maintain them. And: Australia is getting its first plastic-to-oil plant. Linked to the Australian commitment are further follow-up orders worth 6.6 million euros. A sign that this market is also interesting for enespa.

Ongoing projects in Germany
Meanwhile, in the oil refining sector, the construction and expansion projects in Hoyerswerda and Cuxhaven are progressing rapidly. Growth is being held back only by the currently dry labor market. The shortage of qualified specialists in plant construction (engineers, electrical planners, service technicians) is clearly noticeable. Vacancies can only be filled with delays.

Sales and outlook
The project pipeline has filled up rapidly in recent weeks: It currently amounts to almost CHF 100 million. And just as pleasing: for the current year, an eight-digit figure is being targeted for sales.

This positive development is clearly noticeable across all business areas. The pioneering spirit of the employees and the vision of enespa to establish a consistent circular economy in chemical recycling is bearing fruit.
