Privacy Policy for SSL/TLS Encryption
This site uses SSL or TLS encryption for security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as requests that you send to us as a site operator. An encrypted connection is indicated by the browser’s address bar changing from “http: //” to “https: //” and the lock icon in your browser bar.
If SSL or TLS encryption is enabled, the data you submit to us cannot be read by third parties.

Privacy Policy for Server-Log-Files
The provider of this website automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us. These are:

  • browser type and browser version
  • operating system used
  • URL referrer
  • host name of the accessing computer
  • time of the server enquiry

This data cannot be used to identify specific people. These data are not merged with other data sources. We reserve the right to retrospectively examine this log data if concrete evidence of illegal activity becomes known to us.

Third-Party Services
This website uses Google Maps to embed maps, Google Invisible reCAPTCHA to protect against bots and spam and YouTube to embed videos.
These services provided by the American company Google LLC use cookies, among other things, and consequently data will be transferred to Google’s servers in the USA. We assume that the use of our website alone does not result in the tracking of your personal data.
Google has committed itself to ensuring adequate data protection in accordance with the American-European Privacy Shield and the American-Swiss Privacy Shield.
More information can be found in Google’s privacy policy.

Privacy Policy for the Contact Form
If you send us inquiries via the contact form, your details from the inquiry form, including the contact details you provided there, will be stored by us in order to process the inquiry and in case of follow-up questions. We will not pass on these data without your consent.
Occasionally, for reasons of capacity, we provide contact data to third-party companies for processing. Your contact details will only be used by these third-party companies to process your request and will not be passed on or used further without your consent.

Data Subject Rights

Right to confirmation
Each data subject has the right to request confirmation from the operator of the website as to whether the data subject’s personal data is being processed. If you would like to make use of this right, you can contact the data protection officer at any time.

Right to information
As a data subject, you have the right to be informed concerning the personal data stored about you by the operator of this website free of charge and to request a copy of said information at any time. In addition, the following information can be provided if necessary:

  • the purpose of the processing
  • the categories of personal data being processed
  • the recipients to whom the personal data has been disclosed or is still being disclosed
  • if possible, the planned duration for which the personal data will be stored or, if this is not possible, the criteria for determining this storage period
  • whether you have the right to correct or delete the personal data concerning you or restrict its processing by the data controller or to object to this processing
  • whether you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority
  • if the personal data has not been obtained directly from the data subject: all available information on the data’s origin

Furthermore, the data subject has a right to know whether personal data has been transferred to a third country or to an international organisation. If this is the case, the data subject additionally has the right to obtain information about the appropriate guarantees in connection with the transfer.
If you would like to make use of this right, you can contact the data protection officer at any time.

Right to correction
Any data subject affected by the processing has the right to request the immediate correction of any personal data on file that is inaccurate. Furthermore, taking into account the reasons for the processing, the data subject has the right to request that incomplete personal data be completed; this may be done by means of a supplementary declaration.
If you would like to make use of this right, you can contact the data protection officer at any time.

Right to deletion (Right to be forgotten)
Any data subject affected by the processing of personal data has the right to request from the data controller of this website that personal data relating to them is deleted immediately, provided that one of the following reasons applies and insofar as the processing is not necessary:

  • The personal data is no longer needed for the purposes for which it was collected or is otherwise processed
  • The data subject revokes the consent which was the basis for its processing and there is no other legal basis for its continued processing
  • The data subject objects to the processing on grounds relating to their particular situation and there are no overriding legitimate grounds for the processing, or the data subject objects to the processing in the case of direct marketing and related profiling
  • The personal data has been unlawfully processed
  • The personal data must be deleted in compliance with the obligations under European Union or Member State law to which the data controller is subject
  • The personal data was collected in relation to services offered by the information society that were made directly to a child

If one of the above reasons applies and you wish to have the personal data stored by the operator of this website deleted, you can contact our data protection officer at any time. The data protection officer for this website shall ensure that the request for deletion is fulfilled immediately.

Right to restrict processing
Any data subject affected by data processing has the right to demand that the operator of this website restrict processing provided one of the following conditions applies:

  • The accuracy of the personal data is contested by the data subject for a period enabling the data controller to verify the accuracy of the personal data
  • The processing is unlawful but the data subject opposes the deletion of the personal data and instead requests the restriction of its use
  • The data controller no longer needs the personal data for the purposes of processing, but the data subject still needs it to remain on file in order to establish, exercise or defend legal claims
  • The data subject has objected to the processing on grounds relating to their particular situation and it is not yet clear whether the legitimate interests of the controller override those of the data subject

If one of the above reasons applies and you want to have the processing of your personal data stored by the operator of this website restricted, you can contact our data protection officer at any time to do so. The data protection officer for this website will then initiate the restriction of the processing.

Right to data portability
Any data subject affected by the processing of personal data has the right to receive a copy of their personal data on file in a structured, common and machine-readable format. You also have the right to have this data transmitted to another data controller if the legal requirements for such a transfer have been met.
The data subject also has the right to require that the personal data be transmitted directly from one data controller to another in as far as this is technically feasible and provided that this does not affect the rights and freedoms of others.
To assert this right, you can contact the data protection officer for this website at any time.

Right to object
Any data subject affected by the data processing has the right at any time to object to the processing of their personal data for reasons arising from their particular situation.
The operator of this website will then no longer process the personal data, unless we can demonstrate compelling reasons worthy of protection for its continued processing which outweigh the interests, rights and freedoms of the data subject or if the processing serves to assert, exercise or defend legal claims.
To exercise the right to object, you can contact the data protection officer for this website directly.

Right to revoke a privacy consent
Any data subject affected by the data processing has the right to revoke their consent to the processing of their personal data at any time.
If you would like to assert your right to revoke your consent, you can contact our data protection officer at any time.

Google Ads
This website uses Google conversion tracking. If you have reached our website via an advertisement placed by Google, Google Ads places a cookie on your computer. The cookie for conversion tracking is set when a user clicks on an ad placed by Google. These cookies expire after 30 days and are not used for personal identification. If the user visits certain pages on our website when the cookie has not yet expired, we and Google can detect that the user clicked on the ad and proceeded to this website. Each Google Ads customer has a different cookie. Thus, cookies cannot be tracked by the websites of Google Ads customers. The information obtained using conversion cookies is used to create conversion statistics for Google Ads customers who have opted into conversion tracking. Customers find out the total number of users who clicked on their ad and were redirected to a page containing a conversion tracking tag. However, they do not receive any information with which users can be personally identified.
If you do not wish to participate in tracking, you can refuse to allow the required cookie to be set, for example by means of a browser setting that deactivates all automatic cookie setting, or by setting your browser to block cookies from the “googleleadservices.com” domain.
Please note that if you do not wish measurement data to be recorded, you must not delete any opt-out cookies. If you delete all of the cookies in your browser, you will have to reset the respective opt-out cookie.

The Use of Google Remarketing
This website uses Google Inc.’s remarketing function. The purpose of this function is to present interest-based advertisements to website visitors within the Google advertising network. A so-called “cookie” is stored in the browser of the website visitor, which makes it possible to recognise the visitor when they visit websites that belong to the Google advertising network. On these pages, the visitor may be presented with advertisements that relate to content that the visitor has previously accessed on websites that use Google’s remarketing function.
Google states that it does not collect any personal data from this function. However, if you still wish to decline the use of Google’s remarketing feature, you can always disable it by making the appropriate settings at http://www.google.com/settings/. Alternatively, you can disable the use of cookies for interest-based advertising through the ad network initiative by following the instructions in http://www.networkadvertising.org/managing/opt_out.asp.

Privacy Policy for Google Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. If the data controller for this website is outside the European Economic Area or Switzerland, then Google Analytics data processing is carried out by Google LLC. Google LLC and Google Ireland Limited are hereinafter referred to as “Google”.
The statistics we collect allow us to improve our offering and make it more interesting for you as a user. This website also uses Google Analytics to analyse visitor flows across all devices via a user ID. If you have a Google user account, you can deactivate the cross-device analysis of your usage by changing your settings under “My Data”, “Personal Data”.
The legal basis for the use of Google Analytics is Art. 6 (1)(1)(f) GDPR. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics is not merged with other data from Google. We would like to point out that on this website Google Analytics has been extended by the code “_anonymizeIp();” in order to ensure the anonymised collection of IP addresses. As a result, IP addresses are only processed in shortened form, in order to prevent Google from identifying specific individuals. If any of your data that is collected can identify you personally, it will be blocked immediately and deleted immediately.
Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transferred to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to analyse your use of the website, compile reports regarding website activity and provide other services to the website operator related to website and Internet usage. For the exceptional cases where personal data is transferred to the US, Google has submitted to the EU-US Privacy Shield, https://www.privacyshield.gov/EU-US-Framework.
Google Analytics uses cookies. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there. You can prevent the storage of cookies through a corresponding setting in your browser software; however, we would like to point out that in this case you may not be able to use all functions of this website to their full extent. You can also prevent Google from collecting the data generated by the cookie and related to your use of the website (including your IP address) and the processing of these data by Google by downloading and installing the browser plugin: Deactivate Google Analytics.
You can also prevent the use of Google Analytics by clicking on this link: Deactivate Google Analytics. This saves a so-called opt-out cookie on your data carrier, which prevents the processing of personal data by Google Analytics. Please note that if you delete all cookies on your device, these opt-out cookies will also be deleted, i.e. you will have to set the opt-out cookies again if you want to continue to prevent this form of data collection. The opt-out cookies are set in each browser and on each computer/device and must, therefore, be activated separately in each case.

All LinkedIn companies have adopted the standard contractual clauses to ensure that the traffic to the USA and Singapore necessary for the development, execution and maintenance of the services takes place in a lawful manner. If we ask the users for consent, the legal basis for the processing is Art. 6 (1)(a) GDPR. Otherwise, the legal basis for the use of LinkedIn Analytics is Art. 6 (1)(1)(f) GDPR.

By using this website, you consent to the collection, processing and use of your data as described below. This website can generally be visited without registration. Processing of Personal Data
Personal data is any information relating to an identified or identifiable person. A data subject is a person about whom personal data is processed. Processing includes any handling of personal data, regardless of the means and procedures used, in particular the storage, disclosure, procurement, deletion, saving, alteration, destruction and use of personal data.
We process personal data in accordance with Swiss data protection law. In all other respects, we process personal data — insofar and to the extent that the EU GDPR is applicable — in accordance with the following legal bases in connection with Art. 6 (1) GDPR:
• (a) Processing of personal data with the consent of the data subject.
• (b) Processing of personal data for the fulfilment of a contract with the data subject and for the implementation of corresponding pre-contractual measures.
• (c) Processing of personal data to fulfil a legal obligation to which we are subject under any applicable EU law or under any applicable law of a country in which the GDPR is fully or partially applicable.
• (d) Processing of personal data to protect the vital interests of the data subject or of another natural person.
• (f) Processing of personal data to protect the legitimate interests of us or third parties, provided that the fundamental freedoms and rights and interests of the data subject do not prevail. In particular, legitimate interests include our business interest in being able to provide our website, information security, the enforcement of our own legal claims and compliance with Swiss law.
We process personal data as long as is necessary for the respective purpose or purposes. In the case of longer-term storage obligations due to statutory and other obligations to which we are subject, we restrict its further processing accordingly.
