Your investment in the future: well-conceived plastics recycling
The thermolysis system technology has been in use for special applications for 3 years already. Our first facility is based on this technology and is in the production phase. Be there when our first facility with a capacity of 5,000 kg/day goes into operation. Participate in the real economy with your investment and not in an opaque financial structure.
Our straightforward public limited company stands for transparency and direct communication.

Managing Director Cyril Hugi says:
“For the first time, we are offering investors the chance to be very close to the future market of plastics recycling. With this thermolysis process, we have precisely the technology that the future needs:
Huge amounts of plastic will not simply disappear, e.g. in the sea or in landfills, nor will they be incinerated, but recycled cleanly and sensibly into high-quality paraffin oil with no CO₂ emissions.”
Recycling in its traditional form is already good business. When our facility is in operation, we accumulate income from the disposal and sale of the recovered paraffin oil. By operating several facilities at one location, ENESPA AG will additionally optimise revenue.
ENESPA AG has been involved in the recycling of mixed plastic waste for years. We had our first experiences in the thermolysis process by developing our own products until the prototype stage. During the interruption of business due to the Finma investigation, new contacts emerged. Today, we buy the finished equipment from Biofabrik at a cheaper rate. As a result, fixed asset investments are lower, investment risks are outsourced and our know-how regarding the location, raw material and sale of the end products is fully utilised.
Recycling plastic waste is essential — the thermolysis process is the only clean and sensible solution. As a result, 1,000 litres of high-quality paraffin oil are obtained from 1,000 kg of plastic waste. This technology addresses a huge need.
The thermolysis process takes place without the presence of oxygen. The mixed plastic waste is broken down into its components by heating and, by means of subsequent distillation, we obtain the paraffin oil, which is used again as a base material in the production of plastics.
The entire process releases no CO₂ emissions into the environment as no combustion takes place.
Off-market sale of ENESPA shares — a green investment with potential
Starting in May 2020, 750,000 shares with a nominal value of CHF 1.00 per share will be offered for sale.
- The current share price is indicated on the subscription certificate
- An IPO or trade sale is possible following successful continuous operation at the first location
- ENESPA will generate positive cash flow starting with the first investment
- Operating concept with high reliability and low fixed costs
- Cumulative revenues from recycling fees and sale of the paraffin oil
The recycling economy based on mixed plastic waste has not yet been solved. Today, waste is far too often incinerated or sent to landfill. This means that there is huge interest in recycling mixed plastic waste. ENESPA AG has already received enquiries for the operation of facilities from several sites in Germany. 60,000 tonnes of pre-sorted and shredded waste per year are contractually guaranteed for the first facility.
Participate in the unique potential of plastics recycling
By becoming a co-owner of ENESPA AG through the purchase of shares, you participate directly in the company’s development. The revenue calculations in the charts are based on the end product paraffin oil with fixed purchase prices. Depending on the design of the facility, higher-quality end products are possible.

ENESPA AG will generate positive cash flow starting with the first investment. By operating several facilities simultaneously, revenues increase disproportionately and, accordingly, so does the value of the company. There is great demand for this technology. 18 locations in Germany are interested in operating a facility at this time.
Several sites in Germany are showing great interest in operating the recycling facilities. We will put the first facility into operation where we find the best conditions. Thanks to the mobility of the units, we are flexible when it comes to location. The business development unit of the Schwarze Pumpe Industrial Park in Spreetal is very interested in the ENESPA project. Following a thorough investigation, the responsible development bank declared the project eligible for funding. The project will be supported by the development bank once the approval process is completed.
The aim is for the first 5,000 kg/day facility in the industrial park to be commissionedby the end of 2020. As soon as this facility is in reliable operation, ENESPA will build another ten facilities and then gradually expand to forty facilities. The ten facilities are expected to be fully operational by the end of 2021.
